These terms apply to all services we provide including software development, web applications, mobile applications, AI solutions, automation systems, UI/UX design, consulting, deployment, and technical support.
Before starting any project, a project scope or agreement will be shared outlining deliverables, timelines, and pricing.
2. Services & Engagement Models
We provide development and technical services that may be delivered under different engagement models:
- Fixed price (milestone based)
- Monthly retainer
- Hourly basis
The chosen model will be agreed upon before work begins.
Project timelines depend on scope clarity, feedback speed, and payment completion.
3. Payments & Milestones
Work is executed in defined phases or billing cycles.
- Each milestone must be approved and paid before the next phase begins
- Delay in milestone payment may result in delay of subsequent work
- Ongoing monthly or hourly work may be paused if invoices remain unpaid
All payments are non-refundable once a phase has started
4. Third-Party Services & Paid Integrations
Some projects require external tools, APIs, hosting platforms, libraries, or subscriptions.
The client is responsible for:
- Purchasing licenses
- Paying subscription fees
- Providing API keys
- Maintaining service balances
Any paid service (e.g., OpenAI, maps, SMS gateways, payment gateways, plugins, hosting, cloud usage, etc.) is not included in our development charges unless explicitly mentioned.
We are not liable for outages, limits, or policy changes of third-party providers.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure proper delivery, the client agrees to:
- Provide clear requirements and content
- Give feedback within reasonable time
- Approve designs and milestones promptly
- Provide access credentials when needed
- Complete payments on time
Delays in communication or approval may shift the delivery timeline.
6. Deployment & Handover
Upon completion:
We deploy the project to the client's hosting/cloud infrastructure or agreed platform
The project is made live and accessible to users
Necessary configuration and setup are performed for proper operation
The client receives access and project ownership as defined in the agreement.
7. Portfolio & Showcase Rights
After project completion, we may display the project in our portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials.
If you prefer your project to remain private, you may request this in writing before or during the project.
8. Past Work & Website Content Usage
We do not provide source code, assets, or internal details of any past projects shown on our website.
You may not copy, reuse, or reproduce designs, layouts, or visuals from our website or showcased work without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Business losses or missed revenue

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
